Gunite & Concrete Pools in Huntersville, NC

Gunite & Concrete Pools for Huntersville Homes & Buildings

Gunite (sprayed concrete) pools can be built in nearly any shape and size, which makes them the most flexible choice for custom backyards in Huntersville and the Lake Norman area. They can include tanning ledges, built-in benches, spas and water features.

The Piedmont's red clay soil can expand and shrink with moisture, so excavation, steel reinforcement and drainage around the shell matter. Your builder should talk about soil conditions and, where needed, engineering for the site.

Interior finishes range from plaster to quartz and pebble aggregates. Finishes are typically refinished every so often over the life of the pool, and higher-end aggregates generally last longer.
